Our helpful staff will assist you 24 hours a day with travel reservations, wake up calls, emergency medical aid with the best doctors in Cusco and any other needs you may have. We also have our own oxygen equipment in case it is required. STORAGE ROOM Is available free of charge for our guests. GARDEN Enjoy our Andean terraced garden and sitting area to read and relax. DINNER From 6:00pm to 9:00 pm We offer dinners, light healthy meals, soups and sandwiches if you do not wish to go out. FREE INTERNET ACCESS We have one computer available in the lobby for the guests or wireless WiFi Internet access in your room for those traveling with their own laptop. TRADITIONAL WEAVINGS Guests of El Balcon are invited to browse and purchase the artisan crafts of our friend, JUAN TUNQUINPA. He comes down from his small village, Catca, to sell weavings, ponchos, blankets, hats, and other items. Our guests will be pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety of his selection. If you need help in translating prices or vocabulary, please do not hesitate to ask at the front desk. LAUNDRY SERVICE You can get your laundry back the same day if you drop it of early in the morning at Front Desk.
