If you are interested in stopping for lunch during your trip, we recommend the following places:

Ollantaytambo: Chuncho, El Albergue, Sunshine Cafe (lunch and breakfast), Sacred Valley Brewery (just outside Ollantaytambo).
Urubamba: Mamacha Juana, Tambo del Inka, Kampu.

If you miss your flight to Cusco and have to cancel your tour, 100% of the tour will be charged.
